Your letter was nice. It was soshort, though. Do you want to know more about me? I wouldlike to know more about you. Last month I took orphans and fatherless boys for a 3 week cruise to Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Lonnie if you look at an atlas and findCanada you will see these big islands. There are lots of little islands too. It is very beautiful. We sailed every day and stopped at a marina at night. If you like you can go to my home page and look at photos of the boat. htt://personal.com/~marclord Last year I used my boat to train sea scouts. They looked good in their uniforms. I'll attach apicture. If I had a son I would go sailing with him around the world. He couldtake correspondence school lessons. What a way to learn Geography andget to know the world. Today Iordered a radio which will be good to even get email on the highseas. With the radio I can receive weather maps and display them on mycomputer.This way there are no nasty surprises in case of a storm:( Maybe this bores you, but I like to explain things, so my cyber son is informed. Lonnie looked at the photograph that was enclosed in the e-mail and those at Marc’s web site. They provided a visual tour of a 40 foot, shiny white, modern, single mast yacht. It would hardly be the largest private boat in Chatham harbor, he knew. The youngster mentioned this during one of their on line chats. But it certainly looked very nice to Lonnie who had never been aboard any of them.

On the other hand, he was apprehensive about being alone on the ocean with the man. What choice would he have if the guy wanted something he didn’t want to do? None, he figured. What would happen if the man became angry with him or just tired of him? Lonnie wondered if he might just be chucked over the side. But he had always dreamed of a rich man who would come and take him away.

It's important to be careful since I'm older than you. Any ideas? Your cyberdad can take 8 persons no problem. The scout group was 12. The boat can be sailed with 2 people, this is a lot of watchkeeping12hrs at a time. 4 is better eachdoing 6 hours per trick on thehelm.Trick is a sailor term for watch. the term is older than the "Trick"you buy on the street:). The bunkbeds are quite wide and when there area lot of crew on board they get paired up. I always have a spare bunkfor you Lonnie:).
